Homeward Bound

All good things must come to an end, but this has been a really fast trip!

We were up early this morning to get packed and checked out. With our luggage stored with the concierge, we hit the parks for one last time, with an emphasis on shopping! I splurged on a few things that I wouldn’t have risked buying in Florida, as I couldn’t trust they’d get home unbroken – mostly mugs, and a gorgeous crystal Beauty and the Beast rose! Leaving it til the last day also made it easier for doing the tax back stuff, as it meant I had all my receipts!

The drive back to Calais was almost as uneventful as the drive down – no bad thing! So we’re now checked in, and ready for the crossing in the morning.

Will we go back? Oh yeah, that’s for sure!
