Homeward Bound

Well, that’s been a fast week! We’re currently sitting in the Holiday Inn at Calais, ready to head home on Le Shuttle tomorrow morning!

We took one last trip round the park this morning, and I rode Danse Macabre again, since they have updated the ride mechanics and flow. Awesome ride, always worth going on. Some final souvenir shopping and an early lunch, and we were in the car by lunchtime.

Hiccup with his facilities aside, it was a fun week. I don’t know that we can justify Beekse Bergen every trip, but we’ll be back there at some point and well, we’re back here in five months at the new hotel. Early train tomorrow and home.
